Kharma Khare stands by the quality of our yoga mats. Therefore, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the Reincarnated yoga mat series, and a 90-Day Warranty for the Hybrid series, with proof of purchase to the original owner. The Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. If you believe your mat is defective, please contact our Customer Service Department so we can evaluate it free of charge. The Warranty excludes deliberate or accidental damage, and does not extend to misuse or improper care and maintenance.
All in-stock items are shipped within 72 hours, and you should expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days. You will be notified if your item is out-of-stock. If your item is out-of-stock, you can expect to receive your order within 6 to 8 weeks. For expedited shipping, contact [email protected] prior to placing your order. We provide tracking numbers through our automated e-mail system so you can track your order to your front door. We currently ship throughout the contiguous United States. We generally do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada. However, we can accommodate orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada at an additional shipping cost. Orders may be canceled any time before they have shipped, without hassle and free of charge. However, we pride ourselves on prompt shipment, so if you change your mind about your purchase, you should call our Customer Service Department within 24 hours to ensure we will be able to stop your shipment without penalty. Cancellation of orders that have already been shipped will be subject to our return policy.
In the event that your order arrives defective, we promise we will make it right! Please save all original packaging, and notify us immediately. Pictures may be required in order to evaluate any defective issues. We pledge to replace a defective item free of charge. If a replacement is declined, and you would rather cancel your order, you may choose from the following: Upon receipt of the return we will issue a refund, store credit, or exchange at your request. Refunds are also subject to deduction of the actual outbound shipping fee. We are not responsible for defective merchandise reported after 5 days of arrival.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your Kharma Khare purchase, you can return it at your expense within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To return items please Contact Us via phone or e-mail. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase, and are subject to deduction of actual outbound shipping charges. The deduction is waived for exchanges and store credit.
