Can I order custom labeled products for my company?

Yes. We can do custom labeled products. Please contact us at [email protected] for pricing and minimum order quantities. All custom products can NOT be returned for full refunds for any reason other than manufacturing defects. However, they are all eligible for our 1/2 off exchange policy.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Every effort is made to ship your product(s) within 1-2 business days. Depending on where your order is being shipped to, most shipments will take between 3–6 days to be delivered from the time your order leaves our warehouse.

How will my order be delivered?

Kharma Khare uses FedEx Ground and Home Delivery and USPS to ship your orders to you. We also offer Next Day and Second day shipping options.

I have an item that has a lifetime warranty. How do I get it replaced?

What is your return policy?

Returns are allowed up to 90 days from the date of purchase for any merchandise purchased on KharmaKhare.com. Please contact us [email protected] to receive a RMA number prior to returning your product. Initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable. For extra security, refunds will be issued through PayPal to the email address entered when placing your order. Kharma Khare is unable to accept returns for items that have been altered or damaged after being received or for custom products.

For Example:

Creases/Folds from improper handling and/or storing- it is best to lay the mat flat or keep it rolled up
Damage from excessive amounts of water or other liquids
Improper cleaning (i.e. harsh chemicals, damage from a washing machine)
Damage from use other than yoga or similar fitness activities
Uneven color patterns or discoloration due to use
Damage from outside elements/factors that puncture or deface the mat
More than 90 days:
If you experience a problem or are unsatisfied with the quality of a Kharma Khare product, please contact us at [email protected] If you would like to open a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), you may contact us at [email protected] Kharma Khare is unable to refund initial shipping fees and return shipping costs. There is a $10.00 restocking fee for all non-defective Kharma Khare merchandise that is returned out of the original packaging.

Yes, it is a secure page. Our secure servers fully encrypt sensitive data for safe, trouble–free transactions. We utilize the latest security methods and fraud detection techniques to protect any and all information you entrust to us. Kharma Khare utilizes the Secured Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to insure the safety of your transaction. Shopping online with your credit card is safer than shopping at your local store or restaurant.
